I am Mauro Gentz, Senior IT Consultant at msg services gmbh and Technical Lead for Cloud Technologies. My professional focus is enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, landing zone concepts, governance models and service design.

My career started in classic infrastructure and end-user computing, especially Citrix environments. Over time, my role evolved from technical implementation to architecture, leadership and strategic cloud platform development.

Today, I work at the intersection of technology, business and people, translating requirements into practical, secure and future-proof cloud solutions.

Outside my professional life, I am deeply committed to firefighter education and international knowledge exchange. I have been a volunteer firefighter since 2006 and specialize in wildfire and vegetation fire training.

Through FireToolBox and cross-border cooperation between Germany and Portugal, I support practical firefighter training, operational knowledge sharing and modern approaches to wildfire response.
